Air Router
How to Program ubiquiti Air Router. This is if you have a new router or if you reset your router to default by purposely or accidentially placing a pin in the back for 20 seconds. When doing these steps it is good to keep track of your changes by writing them down or having them in a safe place for future reference.
In your device, choose the Default wireless name “www.ubnt.com”
Open A web Browser like Chrome, Firefox, internet Explorer, or Safari.
Type in the address of your router. The default is 192.168.1.1
Enter Default user and pass
User:ubnt
password:ubnt
Choose Country and language
Be sure to check the box below to agree to terms
Click Login
To Change your wireless go to the tab “Wireless”
On the Wireless name (SSID) field, enter a unique name for your wireless
Below at security, change from “none” to “WPA-AES”
Enter in a unique password for WPA shared Key. It should be at least 8 characters long
At bottom Click Change
DO NOT click apply at the top yet.
Click the tab “System”
In the middle under System Accounts, you can enter in a new user name. Usually we do “admin”
Click the Key and 3 new boxes will be expanded below.
Enter in current password: ubnt
Enter in new password and confirm it by entering in again
At bottom Click Change
Now you can hit apply. Please allow up to 2 minutes for all settings to apply
You will now need to choose the new wireless name and enter in the new password.
Asus RT-N16
This is a popular Router that Hstar has Sold from 2013-Current. You can view manufacturor information here:

How to access router to change password
Go to the address of your router. Usually 192.168.1.1 it is but if not, and you need to find it, go here:

Open A web Browser like Chrome, Firefox, internet Explorer, or Safari.
Type in the address of your router.
You should be prompted with a login and password, which will be provided by the person who set up the router. Often it is left in the box of the router. Also, sometimes the user login and password is the default which can be found on either the router, or within the manual of the router.
On the left go to “Wireless”
security settings such as SSID, security level and encryption settings.
4. On the Wireless name (SSID) field, key in a unique name for
your wireless network.
5. From the Security Level dropdown list,
E2000
The linksys E2000 is a popular wireless router. here are some instructions on how to change things.
Access Router
Connect to the router network via wireless or wired
In a browser go to:192.168.1.1
Enter User and Password (defualt is user:admin password:admin)
Change Wireless settings
At the top, click on tab “Wireless”
Select Manual (if not already selected)
Type in network Name (SSID)
Click Save settings at the bottom. A black and white screen will come up
When it says sitings saved, Click Continue
You should be back in the wireless portal.
Under wireless tab, go to wireless security
Choose Security Mode “WPA2 Personal”
Enter password
Click Save settings at the bottom. A black and white screen will come up
When it says sitings saved, Click Continue
Change Password to router
Click on tab “administration”
Enter password (twice)
Click Save settings at the bottom. A black and white screen will come up
When it says sitings saved, Click Continue
Testing
Reset to Factory
Please note that this is NOT a reboot or power cycle.
You should only do this to reset all setting back to factory default. You will lose any wireless, administration, or other settings.
At the bottom there is a hole to put a pen in to reset to factory.
Press and hold this for about 10-20 secconds. You will begin to see all lights on the back flash. You can then remove the pen.
