- Use logic, experience, education , industry practices, etc to make decisions and policy
- Always have alternatives to actions of execution
- Stay focused on actuals, don't dwell on what iffs
- Update and Review documents
- Prepare talking points when necessary.
- Have clear goals and endpoints
- When problems arise, come up with solutions and suggestions
